R.E.S.T. stands for (Respite Education and Support Tools) and provides attendees with information and best practice guidelines for caring for those in need so that the full-time caregiver can have a reprieve. The course covers techniques and insight for assisting others with a variety of impairments from children to adolescents to aging adults.
